Michael Hart & Company is an independently owned, professionally qualified and regulated firm that has been providing a comprehensive range of property services throughout the South Manchester and East Cheshire areas for over 40 years.
The company was established at our Poynton office in 1983 by Chartered Surveyor, Michael Hart FRICS. Michael already had extensive experience of professional property services in the South Manchester area and was able to offer the benefits of this to clients up to his retirement.
Our Bollington office was opened in 1990, where Andrew Hart B.Eng(Hons), DipSurv, MRICS based himself. Andrew, with an engineering background, achieved professional surveying and valuing qualifications in 2001. With over 30 years of experience he has extensive local knowledge and experience of property related matters.
Andrew is now the sole director of the company. Together with a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic team of staff members they are able to provide an effective, independent, professional and personable service for our clients.
The company is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors providing re-assurance for clients that our service is delivered in accordance with a prescribed code of conduct, and that we are fully accountable.
